THE ROLE:
A highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to provide dedicated support to Partners and the wider team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment while delivering a high standard of client service:
- Drafting, formatting, and updating legal documentation.
- Managing billing processes, expenses, and work-in-progress reporting.
- Coordinating diaries, inboxes, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Opening and closing matters, archiving, and maintaining digital records.
- Developing and sustaining strong internal and client relationships.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a legal support position - Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Administrative Assistant.
- An understanding of monthly billing procedures
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the flexibility to adapt style to different audiences
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
