THE ROLE:
 
A highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to provide dedicated support to Partners and the wider team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment while delivering a high standard of client service: 

  • Drafting, formatting, and updating legal documentation. 
  • Managing billing processes, expenses, and work-in-progress reporting. 
  • Coordinating diaries, inboxes, meetings, and travel arrangements. 
  • Opening and closing matters, archiving, and maintaining digital records. 
  • Developing and sustaining strong internal and client relationships. 
 
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a legal support position - Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Administrative Assistant.
  • An understanding of monthly billing procedures 
  • Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the flexibility to adapt style to different audiences
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
