About the role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will work closely with operations, production and supply chain teams to provide financial insight into manufacturing performance. This role is highly operational, focusing on analysing production activity, monitoring costs and supporting decision-making across the manufacturing environment.
Duties
• Work with operations to track manufacturing costs and performance
• Analyse production costs and highlight improvement opportunities
• Monitor inventory and ensure accurate reporting
• Provide cost and margin insights to support operational decisions
• Support budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing
• Assist with improving finance processes and reporting
Skills & experience
• CPA or CA qualification
• Experience working in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing costs, inventory and operational finance
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability
Benefits
• Salary: $110,000 -$125,000 plus super
• Exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
