Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Offer expertise and leadership in all paid media planning, implementation and channels, working closely with the Marketing, Design and Data teams.
  • Create and manage a measurement model to identify media opportunities, audience insights and contribute to decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on media campaigns and strategies, making recommendations for optimisation and refinements that align with orgnaisational goals.
  • Provide proactive thought leadership (competitive assessments, external benchmarking etc) to drive innovation.
  • Drive new customer acquisition by engaging with the partnerships program.
  • Planning, executing, managing and reporting on the affiliate and sampling program with their creative agency (Commission Factory), ensuring alignment with acquisition strategy.
  • Run and monitor the Salesforce promotions and corporate promotions activity.
  • Manage multi-million dollar budgets and reporting for all paid media campaigns.
  • Experience managing brand partnerships (desirable).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage priorities and liaise with different stakeholders.
  • Experience using affiliate technology platforms
  • Passionate about health and fitness.
