Are you a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture professional with a passion for getting the fundamentals right? Do you thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments where you can make an immediate impact? We’re seeking a switched-on P&C Adviser to join our People Operations team on a 6-month contract.
You’ll support a busy shared services function, managing onboarding, contracts, and maintaining accurate employee data in SuccessFactors.

Do you thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments where you can make an immediate impact? We’re seeking a switched-on P&C Adviser to join our People Operations team on a 6-month contract.
You’ll support a busy shared services function, managing onboarding, contracts, and maintaining accurate employee data in SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding processes and contract preparation for new starters and internal movements
- Maintain and update employee records in SuccessFactors to ensure data accuracy
- Respond to HR queries from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate advice
- Support the People Operations team in delivering consistent and efficient service across the employee lifecycle
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives and operational support tasks
- Ensure alignment with HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
- Experience in a People & Culture / HR Adviser or Coordinator role within a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a shared services team with high attention to detail
- Proficient with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors experience highly desirable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised and adaptable, with a solutions-focused approach
- Able to manage competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency
