About the Role

As Marketing Associate, you’ll provide essential support across marketing, events, administration, and internal communications. You'll work closely with marketing leaders, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns, events, and day-to-day operations.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating the development and distribution of marketing collateral, both digital and print
  • Supporting the rollout of digital marketing campaigns and tracking performance metrics
  • Organising events including venue bookings, catering, travel, and logistics
  • Managing sponsorship and donation documentation in line with company policy
  • Assisting with product launches and other key marketing projects
  • Ordering and distributing promotional materials and sales tools
  • Providing general administrative support including travel bookings, purchase orders, reporting and pricing updates
  • Maintaining records, customer data and internal systems accurately (e.g. Salesforce or similar platforms)
  • Supporting the onboarding of new team members
  • Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
 

About You

  • Previous experience in a marketing or administrative support role (industry experience a plus, but not essential)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools advantageous
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to attend events outside regular working hours, if required
