• Executive Assistant
• Leading Supplier to Construction & Infrastructure sector

This is an exciting opportunity to consolidate and expand your experience, providing a range of secretarial and administrative support functions to the Executive Leadership Team and other internal business stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to assist with other departmental projects such as the HR, Sales and IT teams when needed. Key Responsibilities:
Managing Executive calendars
Coordination of reoccurring management checklist
Preparation, management and administering day-to-day activities including; office management, diary management, travel arrangements, conference management
Support sales, HR, IT and other divisional teams with adhoc reporting and projects
Preferred experience:
Demonstrated experience in providing executive and administrative support
High level communication skills with a particular emphasis on written communication
Sound organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritise a changing workload
Excellent relationship skills including the ability to work with a wide range of people
Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision, exercise initiative and maintain confidentiality
Excellent IT skills and demonstrated expertise using all Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
Key Performance Indicators:
Executive Team feedback and engagement
Board reporting submitted on time
Reoccurring management checklist managed to time line
