  • Office Administrator/ Receptionist

  • 1 month Temporary role to start Immediately 

Perfect opportunity to put utilise your friendly and efficient Reception and Administration skills to help secure this fantastic Temporary opportunity working with a global communications firm, in a friendly and collaborative team environment


As an Office Administrator/ Receptionist you will be responsible for:
  • Reception duties / front of house
  • All admin duties including phones, couriers, setting up and packing up meeting rooms, keeping the kitchen area tidy (packing/unpacking the dishwasher etc), stocking the bar, unpacking the groceries etc
  • Ordering catering and getting coffees etc for meetings
  • Helping with IT set up (basic IT set up duties as there is an onsite IT guru for most of this)
  • Generally keeping the office tidy and ensuring things run smoothly

To be considered you will have:
  • Experience as an Office Administrator
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate / Advance computer skills - Microsoft Package
