The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager – Pharmacy to join our high-performing team in South West Sydney.

This role owns pharmacy banner groups and wholesale accounts, driving strategic partnerships, joint business planning, and channel expansion.

Key Responsibilities
• Build, manage and grow strategic relationships across OTC pharmacy customers
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to deliver revenue, profit and category growth
• Lead and implement customer joint business plans
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in pharmacy and alternate channels
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and follow-up
• Partner with the internal Category Manager to develop insight-led solutions
• Support NPD launches and activity aligned to brand and channel strategies
 
What You Will Bring
• Proven experience as a National Account Manager within the pharmacy channel (wholesale + retail)
• Beauty category experience highly regarded
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to turn data into strategy
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and open new opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and confident working autonomously
• Ability to build strong relationships across all levels
