About Company
My client is going through a strong growth phase and is looking to expand their team with a high-caliber management accountant. 

About the role

• Lead the financial guidance and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Qualified CA/CPA
• Experience within a construction/property environment
• Extensive month-end process and reporting experience
• Preparation and posting journal entries.
• Balance sheet reconciliations with proper documentation

Skills & experience

• Qualified CA/CPA
• Experience within a construction/property environment.
• Extensive month-end process and reporting experience.
• Preparation and posting journal entries.
• Balance sheet reconciliations with proper documentation
• Preparation of company financial statements
• Banking and treasury related tasks
