A leading ANZ organisation, is seeking an experienced commercial or front-end construction lawyer to join their legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel you will be involved in the provision of high-quality legal advice and services within their growing business.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, finalising, and advising on legal documents
- Working on both large and complex transactions and projects as well as simple and high volume transactions
- Assisting the business develop strategies and solutions
- Keeping the business updated on the latest legal and commercial developments
- Assisting with claims and managing disputes
Profile
Key Requirements
- Ideally 4+ years PQE experience as a solicitor in large corporate legal practice and/or within a major business in house legal team
- Thorough knowledge of commercial and construction law
- Excellent drafting, communication, and risk assessment skills
- Proactive people person who is happy to work as a team as well as autonomously
- Passionate about learning and growing with an organisation
