The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Legal Assistant to join their long-standing corportate team. 

In this hands-on role, fast-paced, you will bring outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills, and support the team across a range of administrational duties including: 

  • Opening and closing of files and matters
  • Handling billing matters and managing allocation and billing of various disbursements
  • File maintenance
  • Document management and editing 
  • Meeting coordination 
  • Liaising with clients and other relevant stakeholders regarding case matters 
  • Preparation of correspondence and various commercial documents
  • Excel spreadsheet management
  • PowerPoint presentation management

Supporting multiple team members, this a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and passionate administration professional who is looking for an established business to grow and expand their career. 

The successful candidate:
You are an experienced legal assistant / administration professional, with a minimum of two years experience from either legal or professional services. We are open to discussing this role further with candidates who hold the below experience: 
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in an administration role in either legal or professional services
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills 
  • High-level communication skills 
  • High-level discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
