Client Details
Our client is Australia’s fastest growing pet brand having won a multitude of awards alongside having a huge following internationally.  The business continues to evolve with amazing NPD and an innovation led approach working with key retailers across grocery, pet, P&C, online, independents & distributors. 

As Key Account Manager you’ll be reporting to the Head of Sales working within a close-knit team, whilst working externally with a host of passionate retail buyers.

Key duties include;

Sales – the ability to nurture a pool of existing relationships
Commercial - ability to analyse sales & promotional data to maximise opportunities for the business
Presentations – comfortable in presenting to key retail buyers
Promo activity
Forecasting - help manage monthly forecasts for revenue and inventory
Developing sales material
Negotiation – proven negotiator
Trade marketing - leverage our partners marketing activity to maximise exposure/results

Key attributes
Interpersonal skills - very personable, a good communicator with a commercial approach
Entrepreneurial - chooses to work in small business, likes to make an impact

  • Previous experience of performing an account management role within FMCG, consumer health or pharma
  • Exposure of presenting to retail buyers
  • A passion for pets
  • Ability to work in a past paced environment managing multiple tasks and customers
Location and remuneration

Based at the company’s offices in Mosman alongside 2 days working remotely
Competitive base salary plus super & bonus
