Description
The purpose of the Operational Readiness & Controls team is to enable and oversee the implementation and execution of policies, procedures, systems and related controls into the mortgage credit and settlements division. The Improvements, Change & Enablement Manager will assist with the design, deployment and operational readiness of policy, procedural or system changes across the department.
Continuously identify and assess operational improvement opportunities by using lean principals to enhance processes and systems for efficiencies
Complete and accurate business requirements
Prioritisation of system / process improvements
Review of defect solutions
Process change recommendations
Create and manage appropriate management reporting
Co-ordinate internal and external audits
Assisting the business by providing tools, templates and techniques as well as provide operational training support
Ensure systems and processes are in place to protect Data Quality
Support the on-time completion of Risk Incidents, Issues and Treatment Plans
Design and deliver Training programs
Identify and support key change initiatives across the business by adhering to the Change principles to ensure controlled and informed implementations of change
Support and champion the of “As is” and “To Be” (documented as applicable via Business Optix) business processes to ensure business goals and objectives fulfilled, stakeholders engaged, and gaps analysed
Profile
A tertiary qualification in business
Certification in Business Analysis
Certification in Change Management
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry
Knowledge of the Regulatory environment
Experience in a similar or BA or Operations role
