FutureYou are working with a national leader in the health and medical sector who are currently searching for an exceptional HR Operations Coordinator to join their HR Operations team.  Your strong attention to detail and can-do attitude will be highly regarded.

About the role
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data.
  • Manage the HR Operations mailing Inbox
  • Coordinate interviews, background checks, employment visa applications.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and new employee documentation.
  • Update and manage employment job changes, such as promotions, secondments, and workplace flexibility agreements.
  • Liaise with People Leaders regarding onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
  • Contribute to the regular updating of HR policies and procedures with support from the HR team
  • Collect necessary data and generate reports as needed.
  • Support the HR Business Partnering team and the wider HR team as needed
The Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience in HR operations administration and coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email communication tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
