We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives on variety, enjoys partnering with leaders, and is passionate about creating great employee experiences. You’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end generalist support across the employee lifecycle, while also playing a key role in shaping and implementing people initiatives.

Key Responsibilitie

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees across key touchpoints such as onboarding, offboarding, leave, policies, and systems.
  
  
• Support organisational change, workforce planning, and talent initiatives in partnership with business leaders.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
  
  
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and general HR administration.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related field.

• Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner or Generalist role.
  
  
• Minimum 5 years + Must have Employment Hero experience
  
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and consultative approach.
