Job description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join a thriving organisation and collaborative, tight-knit team within the Aged Care and NDIS sector.
This is a hands-on role permanent role suited to a seasoned HR professional who thrives in operational environments and is seeking a tight-knit, collaborative team to continue their HR career with.
This position will include strong leadership and mentorship, and in return you will bring strong experience in workforce management, including IR knowledge, managing performance matters, and providing practical and commercially sound HR advice to a wide and diverse people group.

- Proven experience as a HRBP, ideally within the home care or aged care sector.
- Demonstrated experience managing performance issues and IR matters.
- Confident partnering with leaders and providing hands-on, pragmatic HR support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An understanding of the SCHADS Award.
- Available full-time, with the ability to be on-site on a regular basis.
