Business Development Manager – IT & Cybersecurity Solutions
 
About the Role:

Are you a results-driven sales professional with IT or cybersecurity experience? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to convert qualified leads into high value client relationships for a rapidly growing IT and cybersecurity services business.
 
You’ll:
  • Lead sales conversations with businesses to uncover challenges and present tailored IT & cybersecurity solutions.
  • Own the full new business pipeline, using proven solution-selling methodologies to win deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and long term client success.
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets in a high activity, results driven environment.
 
About You:
  • 5–7 years’ experience in B2B IT, managed services (MSP), or cybersecurity (MSSP) sales
  • Proven ability to convert qualified leads into revenue and grow long term client relationships
  • Confident presenting to technical and business stakeholders
  • CRM savvy (HubSpot, Salesforce) and disciplined in pipeline management
