Description 

Positioned as a go-too HR Generalist partner, the HR and Recruitment Business Partner will have ownership of the talent and recruitment activity. 
  • Partner with and provide consultation to leaders re talent pipeline / team structure / capability
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, including position requirements, qualifications, and desired skills.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of applicants, including resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Work collaboratively with team on the competency framework and embed in interview guides.


Profile

  • MUST have at least 2-3 years business partnering experience
  • Proven experience as a HR and Recruitment Business Partner or similar role within a fast-paced in-house environment.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively address recruitment challenges and provide innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering high-quality talent.
