Client Details
My client is a leading non-bank lender who have consistently experienced organic growth.
They are seeking an experienced and high calibre Head of Treasury Funding & Securitisation to support the Treasurer across a breadth of activities, including rolling up your sleeves through to liaising with funders.

Description
Your responsibilities include:
• Leading the structuring and execution of new warehouse and term transaction
• Review and negotiation of legal documents
• Cashflow forecasting
• Daily liquidity management and loan allocation ensuring covenant compliance for each facility
• Funding draws and asset allocation across facilities
• Monitoring compliance of covenants,
• Modelling and monitoring origination trends, book performance and cost of funding analysis
• Preparation of monthly treasury reporting for ALCO and board presentations
• Review and sign off on investor monthly waterfall and reporting prepared by the Trust Manager

Profile
The successful candidate must have:
• 5+ years of experience in Treasury Funding & Securitisation with strong understanding of structuring and legal documentation
• Strong relationship within the securitisation industry with ability to negotiate with stakeholder
• Prior experience liaising with Funders
• Enjoys working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• A confident, enthusiastic, self-starter who can drive their career and professional development
• Be able to effectively communicate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Job Offer
The salary on offer is $180k to $200k base + super + bonus.
