Client Details

Our client is a local privately owned company who have grown to an extremely impassive business over the last 16 years, they incorporate fashion, accessories and homewares and are ranged in close to 800 stores here and overseas. They are currently inviting a Digital manager to take ownership  of end-end website experience and journey across 4 trading Websites and associated platforms, 3 main channel brands and an Outlet Site. as well as development of international markets across all 3 brands.


  • Identifies painpoints and opportunities in the Customer Online Path to Purchase and continuously seeks to improve functionality and performance.
  • Continuously improving site performance and functionality by updating Merchandising Tools and Strategies.
  • Works closely with the graphics team to ensure campaigns and content are represented across all sites in cohesive and brand consistent manner.
  • Monitors site performance and KPI’s (traffic, CR%, AOV) to proactively identify any issues or opportunities in trading performance
  • Monitors and tracks Customer Journey across the site and identifies strategies to reduce funnel loss, drive Customer Acquisition and increase Customer Lifetime Value.
  • Uitilise created segmentations to deliver personalised tactical offers and personalized communications.
  • Manages Rewards and Loyalty Programme to ensure delivery of commercial outcomes
  • Works with graphics team, support agencies / consultants and other functional areas to develop eDM schedule that drives online activity and delivers key campaign messaging.
  • Own and create development of SEO copy across Product and Collection Pages. Update seasonally as required.
  • Understands Audience Manager, Audience Data Feeds and Segmentation opportunities.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly Digital Reports that provide insight to the broader business on ecommerce trade and digital channel performance


  • Hands on experience with paid media, primarily Meta & Google Ads.
  • Customer retention marketing & edm - Omnisend experience is of benefit.
  • Sound understanding of SEO implementation – keyword targeting, website cross-links, 3rd party authoritative referrals.
  • Ability to think strategically about the customer experience.
  • Experience in fashion Ecommerce is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Google suite, Shopify, CRM and google ads is a must.
