FutureYou are delighted to be partnered with a group of Allied Health practices who are committed to providing high-quality, evidence based speech pathology services. Currently in their growth stage, the've created a new role for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join their supportive team in Bankstown.

About the role:

• Contribute to the design of SOPs.
• Manage high and varied case load. Supporting school ages, ASD, NDIS.
• Keenness to follow a development plan designed to support a fast tracked path of promotion to a Team Manager. 
• Provide quality clinical opinions and justification through comprehensive report writing. 
• Liaising with service providers and within the team to ensure effective communication.

Requirements:

• Full SPA registration as a certified practicing speech therapist.
• Min 3 years experience as a Speech Therapist, prefer NDIS experience but not essential. 
• Working with Children check or willing to obtain.
• NDIS screening check or willing to obtain.
• Able to maintain strong working relationships with patients.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Background screening checks.
• Current drivers license, own vehicle and willingness/ability to travel around the Bankstown/Western Sydney area.
