FutureYou are delighted to be partnered with a group of Allied Health practices who are passionate about their patients well-being. On a growth trajectory they've created a role for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their supportive team in Bankstown.

About the role:

• Assisting with a high case load.
• Conducting initial assessment and ongoing intervention to NDIS and Home Care Package participants in clinic or at the participant’s home, for participants across the lifespan and including complex cases.
• Provide quality clinical opinions and justification through comprehensive report writing and completing functional capacity assessments.
• Liaising with service providers and within the team to ensure effective communication.

Requirements:

• Full AHPRA registration.
• Min 3 years experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Organised and flexible team player who is willing to adapt, learn and improve.
• Able to maintain strong working relationships with patients.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Professional indemnity insurance, valid police check and working with children check.
• Current drivers license, own vehicle and willingness/ability to travel around the Bankstown/Western Sydney area.
• Knowledge about home modifications will be an advantage.
