Client Details

Our client is offering a career defining opportunity for a B2B head of marketing, this role will be transformational for the business and give you custodianship of the brand in the ANZmarket. You will be responsible for driving the organisations marketing success, building brand equity, industry reputation and achieving business objectives through effective leadership, developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness. Leading the marketing team ( x4 ) and collaborating with cross functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels and owning the direct to consumer (Online sales) channel.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand positioning, product launches, lead generation, and customer retention
  • Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, events and industry media (PR)
  • Deliver best in class product portfolio management via market research and analysis performance, consumer trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and monitor marketing effectiveness to ensure ROI and KOI targets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product management, sales, and external agencies
  • Monitor and report on marketing plan and product portfolio performance using insights for optimization and improvement
  • Champion ESG (Enviromental, Social and Governance ) across the business with a leadership role focused on environmental footprint


You will be a well rounded B2B marketer who is not afraid to take on the challenge of building, executing and owning the process from the ground up, bringing with you core marketing principles across all channels for a purposeful best in class marketing team to grow and succeed, you will mentor, lead and grow your team arming yourself with the resources needed to deliver impact engagement and growth in market. You will have a demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaigns. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and be hands on in the delivery across all areas, will be key through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A background in food services, FMCG or realted industry will be highly regarded.
