A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a highly regarded and thriving Real Estate team, contributing meaningfully to large-scale residential developments across the cities most prominent projects.
The Firm:
This collaborative team is led by experienced partners, works alongside major developers and institutional investors to deliver efficient and reliable conveyancing outcomes for significant residential and mixed-use developments across Melbourne and other key markets.
The Role:
The successful candidate will manage conveyancing matters from contract through to settlement, with a primary focus on:
The Ideal Candidate:
The role is suited to a conveyancing professional with a minimum of three years’ experience in residential conveyancing, along with:
This person will also be deeply supported in this role, with a leader and team who are all highly experienced across all aspects of the conveyancing industry.

The Role:
The successful candidate will manage conveyancing matters from contract through to settlement, with a primary focus on:
- Assisting with all aspects of the conveyancing process and supporting high-volume property transactions from an administrative standpoint
- Preparing legal documents (contracts, transfers, mortgages, etc.).
- Utilising PEXA for online conveyancing transactions
- Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate:
The role is suited to a conveyancing professional with a minimum of three years’ experience in residential conveyancing, along with:
- The abilty and assurance to manage end-to-end conveyancing files and electronic settlements efficiently on your own.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to manage bulk transactions independently and accurately.
- A client-focused mindset and commitment to building enduring professional relationships.
This person will also be deeply supported in this role, with a leader and team who are all highly experienced across all aspects of the conveyancing industry.
