Job description

Client Details

A critical player within the financial services industry, our client operate on a national platform and have a solid reputation for transparency and ethics. Critical to this culture is the workforce and the pipelining of future talent. As such, they are seeking to appoint a Graduate Partner into the division to drive this campaign. 

Description

As Graduate Partner, you will:

  • Elevate awareness, support, and engagement of key strategic elements to enable the graduate program

  • Ownership of the graduate program from program design to delivery

  • Identifying and design best practice hiring methods

  • Understand the business strategy and future employee capability needs

  • Build and execute recruitment of an annual graduate cohort

  • Manage executive discussions to coordinate the rotation program

  • Work closely with our Professional Development team on development of graduate cohort

  • Ability to coach and mentor graduates through the 18-month program

  • Strong communication and program analysis skills

  • Ability to apply an Inclusion & Diversity lens over all elements of the program



Profile

To be successful in this application, you will have:

  • Strong understanding and demonstrable track record within the talent space

  • Consultative ability to lend expertise to talent partners to pipeline future needs

  • Experience within a grad program desirable but not a deal breaker

  • Refined project management skills

  • Strong stakeholder engagement

  • HR Qualification ideal

  • Financial/ Professional Services experience preferred
