Client Details

Brilliant opportunity for an accountant who would like the switch to move into an analyst role. Business partning with the tech team, you will assist to provide financial input and cost analysis into IT operations and projects


Description 

1.      Provide month end reporting and analysis of financial results.
2.      Ensure accuracy of the balance sheet reconciliations
3.      Annual budget and forecast preparation and variance analysis.
4.      Manage the hardware maintenance and software license accounts, ensure data accuracy and timely payment.
5.      Liaise with account managers to ensure the appropriate checks and reviews are conducted before requisitions and payments are executed.
6.      Develop partnerships with the operations team to assist in delivering business outcomes and controlling the costs.
7.      Communicate results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction and streamlining operations.
8.      Build cost model to Identify the cost divers, create visibility and transparency to the business.
9.      Deliver data analysis as required for transparency and problem solving.
10.   Proactively review the processes and procedures, document recommendations

To be considered: 

• You will have previous experience within a similar finance role providing analytical and administration support to the team.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, (v. lookups & pivot tables).
• Confident working with large complex data sets
• Experience with Erp tools such as SAP, Dynamics
