- Preparation of financial statements
- Preparation of monthly & quarterly BAS
- Monthly, quarterly, yearly reconciliation
- Cashflow management
- Liaise with Stakeholders
- Weekly Payroll
- Minimum of 2 years accounting working experience
- Previous property industry experience preferred
- MYOB and Xero experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create good rapport with wide range of clients, business contacts and internal staff members
- Possess a "can do" attitude & be a great team player
