Our client Monitor is synonyms with excellence. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join their regional business based in Tamworth. 

About the role
A Finance Manager is required to lead the finance function, ensuring the execution of strategy and planning. 

• Partner with the management team and key personnel to assist in the monitoring and management of financial performance (Profitability, Working Capital, Capex, ROI, etc.)
• Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of financial systems, procedures and internal controls
• Preparation of timely and insightful monthly financial and management reporting packages and commentary
• Balance sheet reconciliations to facilitate accurate and timely financial reporting
• Oversee Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
• Cashflow forecasting
• Statutory compliance requirements
• Ensuring accurate and timely updating of product costs
• Provide financial and analytical support to the Group CFO and Leadership Team
• Assist in the continuous improvement of business systems and processes.
• Coordinate preparation of budgets and revised forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow Statement)
• Inventory forecasting / reporting
• Depreciation Schedules for fixed assets and rental fleet
• FX payments / forecasting / hedging
• Bank reconciliations and account management
• Liaise with Monitor’s external accountant and advisors as and when required

The successful candidate will be CA/ CPA qualified and have experience as a Finance Manager in a manufacturing, product-based business. You will be a strong leader and have the ability to influence outcomes.
