FutureYou are delighted to be partnered with a reputable and leading Australian Aviation Services company on their quest to source a FBO and Customer Service professional to lead their Fiji operations.
Your FBO management experience and can do attitude will be highly regarded.
 
About the role
 
Reporting to the Director, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations of the VIP terminal in Fiji. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the handling of aircraft on the ramp, terminal operations, and coordinating with the military, airport authority, customs, immigration, and quarantine officials. You will provide exceptional customer service to VIP and high net worth clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
 
About You:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years' relevant and recent experience leading airport operations/crew planning.
  • Excellent communication skills. Both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining excellent stakeholder relations.
  • Demonstrated team collaboration skills.
  • A flexible approach and the ability to manage changing priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Fijian citizen.
