Client Details

FutureYou have partnered with an ultra high net-worth individual looking for a 'weapon' candidate to provide personal and executive assistance. Än outstanding opportunity for a highly organised Executive Assistant, with no commitments, to grow professionally in terms of project management whilst also travelling the world.

As the chief organiser and go-too person for our client, the EA will also provide some personal assistance to the family. 

Our client has multiple, high-functioning business operations therefore requiring a solid gate-keeper but astute Executive Assistant who has their 'finger on the pulse' in knowing their audience. To this end, Tier one presentation and communication skills are non-negotiable. 


Description 

  • Calendar management, accounting for day-to-day meetings and movements, both business and personal.
  • Attend immediately to emails forwarded from individual that require action or follow up.
  • Manage and maintain contact lists and databases.
  • Manage complex budget and financial statement excel spreadsheets
  • Take notes, prepare memos, letters and reports.
  • Manage all travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Manage/pay bills, insurance, credit card transactions, etc.
  • Organise and take care of all mail and files
  • Track political and philanthropic donations
  • Assist with planning, organising and coordinating events for various locations.
  • Coordinating details for social events, which may entail handling invitations and RSVP’s, working with the chef, florist, party planner, etc., and help at the event, order any rentals necessary
  • Correspond with others on behalf of the Family.  
  • Work closely with other staff members re general household needs and coordinating scheduling of services.
  • Assist with various projects as required
  • Run errands where required.
  • General admin support.


Profile

To be successful in this application, you will have:

  • At least five years experience supporting a high net-worth individual or C-suite Executive
  • Outstanding organisational skills and communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications 
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail, organisational skills, professional engagement and reliable.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking; a go-getter with make it happen attitude
  • A positive attitude and willingness to assist all team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Diplomatic, tactful and discrete concerning confidential information with unquestionable integrity at all times.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The freedom to travel
