Our client:
Are you a strategic dynamo who thrives at the heart of an organisation? Do you anticipate needs before they even arise, orchestrate seamless operations, and build relationships with a natural flair? If so, we have an extraordinary opportunity for you to become the trusted right hand to a CEO and a pivotal force in our mission-driven client.

Our client is Australia’s leading B2B healthcare logistics provider, experiencing rapid growth across the sector. Specialising in time-critical deliveries, including patient-on-table and 3PL services, our client support hospitals, clinics, and medical suppliers nationwide.

Leveraging a highly tech-enabled logistics platform, the business delivers unmatched digital transparency, efficiency, and customer experience across air, road, and rail networks.

The opportunity
This is no ordinary EA role. We’re seeking a proactive, intelligent professional who can operate as a strategic partner, operational anchor, and trusted ambassador. You’ll keep the CEO informed, agile, and focused on leading the business to new heights.

CEO Empowerment & Strategic Command
  • Optimise the CEO’s time for maximum strategic impact.
  • Coordinate Board and Executive meetings end-to-end: agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Consolidate insights, craft communications, and prepare presentations that drive action.
  • Manage sensitive matters with absolute discretion and trust.
Connecting & Cultivating Relationships
  • Forge strong, trusted relationships with the Board, executives, customers, and teams.
  • Streamline communication and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Foster inclusivity and responsiveness so every voice feels heard.
Operational Excellence & Special Projects
  • Lead special initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Execute executive dinners and company-wide events with precision and flair.
  • Keep the CEO’s office running seamlessly; logistics, expenses, and coordination.
  • Support the Executive Leadership Team with travel, scheduling, and collaboration.

The ideal candidate
  • Bachelor’s in business or related field (preferred).
  • This environment would support a recent grad who is tenacious with strong potential or someone kick-starting their C-suite support journey.
  • Demonstrated success supporting leaders in dynamic, high-performance environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and an eye for presentation design.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator at every level.
  • Exceptional prioritisation and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, polished, and approachable with all stakeholders.
  • Responds swiftly and effectively in high-stakes situations.
  • Handles sensitive information with integrity.

If you're ready to bring your exceptional talent to a company that's truly making a difference, and become an indispensable partner to our CEO, we invite you to apply. This is your chance to elevate your career and contribute to positive patient outcomes every single day.
