Client Details
Our client, a leading landscape construction company, is seeking a professional and highly organised EA/Office Manager to provide 1:1 support to the Director and general support to the senior management team. This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership and being the go-to person in the office.
What your general day will look like:
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Director, including diary management, travel coordination, and correspondence.
- Support senior management with meetings, reports, and scheduling as required.
- Coordinate company events including team functions, social activities, and the annual Christmas party.
- Oversee day-to-day office management for a team of 30 based in Macquarie Park, with additional staff working in the field.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities coordination.
- Assist with onboarding, team communications, and general administrative projects as needed.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar hybrid support role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and approachable nature.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, hands-on environment and build strong relationships across the business.
