About the Opportunity:

An great opportunity exists for an accomplished and highly organised Executive Assistant to partner directly with a key member of the Executive Committee (Ex-co) at a leading enterprise currently undergoing significant growth and transformation. This is a role for a trusted professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic extension of the Ex-co member, managing critical administrative functions while enabling focus, clarity, and impact across multiple priorities and stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring prior experience supporting senior executive leaders (preferably Ex-co or C-suite), navigating complex matrix environments, and working with a high degree of autonomy, adaptability, and discretion.
  • Executive Support: Provide seamless, proactive administrative support including complex diary and inbox management, travel coordination, expenses, and gate-keeping.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact on behalf of the Ex-co member, building strong relationships and engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including Board, regulators, partners, and senior leaders.
  • Meeting & Workflow Management: Coordinate meetings, leadership forums, off-sites, and executive engagements – ensuring agendas, materials, briefings, and action items are well-prepared, tracked, and followed up.
  • Prioritisation & Focus: Support the Ex-co member to manage competing demands, shifting priorities, and critical deliverables with clarity and focus.
  • Confidentiality & Judgement: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and mature judgement, often acting as a sounding board and trusted advisor.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the broader Ex-co EA network, and business unit leaders to ensure cohesion, consistency, and alignment across executive activity.
  • Adaptability & Change Support: Operate with agility in a dynamic, changing environment, and helping to bring structure to ambiguity and calm to complexity.
The successful candidate:

You are a high-performing Executive Assistant with the experience, confidence, and emotional intelligence to support at the most senior levels. You will bring:
  • Extensive experience supporting a C-suite, Ex-co, or senior executive in a large corporate or enterprise environment
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication – clear, direct, and professional
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management capability
  • Discretion and maturity when handling sensitive information
  • Comfort navigating complexity, shifting priorities, and ambiguity
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and digital collaboration tools

Location & Working Model:
  • This role is office-based to enable close alignment with the executive and broader leadership team.
  • Following a successful six-month onboarding period, a hybrid working model of 4 days in office / 1 day remote will be available, reflecting mutual flexibility that supports both business and individual needs.
