With a global footprint, our client leads the way in the construction sector and has a solid reputation for quality in service delivery. Working with an inspiring manager and UK and NZ counterparts, our client is seeking to appoint a dynamic Digital Marketer into the team, someone who will bring fresh ideas, energy and vitality whilst working closely with the processes already in place. 

About the Role:
In this exciting newly created role, our client is looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketer with a can-do attitude, who is self-driven, and creative. The role is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. 

Core Duties:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain the social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. 
  • Create reports on digital trends.
Skills & Experience
  • Degree in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of Wordpress development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
