Job description

Campaign Analyst
Location: Macquarie Park /Hybrid
Full-Time | 12 month Contract

Join a high-performing analytics team where your insights directly shape customer experiences and business outcomes. We’re looking for a Campaign Analyst to lead the end-to-end delivery of inbound and outbound campaigns, using data to design, execute and optimise marketing strategies that drive measurable impact.

About the Role Sitting within the Campaign Analytics team, you’ll work closely with key business stakeholders to identify problems, scope opportunities, and translate ideas into actionable campaigns. You’ll be responsible for campaign design, build and execution through our decisioning platform, leveraging data, propensity models and test-and-learn strategies to continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, test and execute marketing campaigns using advanced analytics and decisioning tools

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate marketing objectives into analytical tasks and campaign strategies

  • Analyse customer behaviour and market dynamics to assess the impact of campaigns and product changes

  • Deliver structured recommendations and insights that support commercial outcomes

  • Maintain detailed documentation, contribute to knowledge sharing and uphold quality assurance across the team

  • Support process improvement initiatives and help drive team efficiency

About You You are a data-driven problem solver with a strong foundation in analytics and a passion for understanding customer behaviour. You enjoy end-to-end ownership of campaigns, from idea to execution and evaluation, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in campaign or marketing analytics

  • Strong data manipulation and analytical skills using SQL, R, Python or similar tools

  • Experience working with decisioning platforms (e.g., Pega, SAS CI, or equivalent)

  • Ability to present complex insights in a structured, business-focused way

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Why Join Us? This is a great opportunity to work in a data-led environment that values curiosity, collaboration and continuous improvement. You'll have the autonomy to shape campaigns that directly influence customer engagement, sales, and retention — while being supported by a passionate and high-calibre analytics team.
