Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Stay updated on product and service offerings.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain order accuracy.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume customer inquiries.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
