Client Details
Our client, an Animal care and Hospice team are passionate about providing pet healthcare and end-of-life care to families across Australia. Currently in a growth phase, they have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Manager with a strong business acumen and genuine care and compassion for animals and people.

More about the role:
  • Lead and motivate a national team of customer service representatives.
  • Report to executive management and be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the customer service and administration business activities.
  • Monitor analytics and report these trends to the executive management team, whilst providing innovative solutions and fresh ideas to challenges.
  • Liaise with Vets and Families.
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly team events and activities.
  • General administration.
Their ideal candidate:
  • Exceptional customer service and people skills.
  • Will have a demonstrated track record leading a successful team (recruiting/training & mentoring/motivating a team) – preferably remotely.
  • Strong business acumen combined with a passion for animals and people.
  • Have a desire to develop into a Senior Management role.
  • Able to work autonomously as this is a fully remote position.
  • Animal health and wellbeing experience is not essential, full training will be provided.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Sydney based.
  • Citizen or PR status.
