Description 


The Corporate Services Team is made up of several functions including records and information management, security, accommodation management, procurement, travel, and management of shared services arrangements. The Corporate Support Officer will play a pivotal role in enabling the Corporate Services Team.


About The Role
The Corporate Support Officer provides administrative support and has responsibility for a broad range of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. The position works in a small and fast paced team which requires the ability to successfully manage competing priorities, exercise discretion, good communication skills and be a team player.
  • Assist with smooth running and upkeep of the office, including managing stationery supplies, arranging trades and services, and supporting office events
  • Provision of administrative support including preparing meeting folders, photocopying and secretarial support
  • Assist with meeting planning, arrangements and set ups across the organisation
  • Manage travel arrangements and process travel acquittals
  • Oversee the incoming and outgoing mail, packages and courier deliveries and collections
  • Manage and oversee multiple inboxes including triage, prioritise and responding to queries
  • Manage collection and dispatch of laptops, mobile phones and other equipment to support work environment
  • Perform other tasks, as directed.


Note: This role requires the occupant to undertake physical duties, including but not limited to taking trips to the post office (on foot) receiving and lifting boxes of goods (office deliveries) and assisting with setting up/packing up meeting rooms and equipment.


Profile

MUST have Australian Citizenship. 

Attitude is key!! To be successful in this application, you will have had at least three years experience supporting an administrative function or managing an office.
