    Client Details

    Our client is a leading infrastructure and asset management services organisation with a multibillion-dollar portfolio and is a leading employer of choice. Due to a sustained and growing pipeline of opportunities for the Group, our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their high performing team.

    Description 

    Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Finance, as part of the leadership team, you and your team will take ownership for identifying, evaluating, and executing JVs and partnerships for the Group:


    • Partner with senior management, C-suite and head of team to contribute to and lead high-performing project teams.
    • Build detailed financial models to assess / support investment decisions; present financial analysis to key stakeholders.
    • Lead, coach and develop a high performing team (shared resource pool)
    • Prepare regular sector research to keep apprised of updated trends and market news/information including the review and analysis of financial, market information and analyst reports
    • Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies, including comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis and discounted cash flow DCF analysis.
    • Support the preparation of presentation materials for use in client meetings.

    Profile


    • Degree in any discipline  
    • M&A / Corporate Finance/ Private Equity/ Corporate Development background, Able to build complex financial models (in order to review & coach)
    • Private equity, buyside, sellside, corporate finance advisory firms, or laterally in other corporate firms. Open to all sectors, generalist welcome to apply.

    • Good in presentations, negotiation and have exceptional interpersonal & communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization, deal with senior level business & C-level stakeholders, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
