A rare opportunity has come along to work closely with the Head of Finance of this organisation as the commercial analyst.
Your role will involve collecting, analysing, investigating and interpreting financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and recommend ways to improve the businesses financial outcome.
Undertake research to collect data from internal data base
Data checking and meeting deadlines for assigned work
Applying statistical, analytical, modelling and segmentation techniques
Proactive identification of process/system shortfalls and recommend process improvements
KPI Reporting to clients
Pricing and margin analysis (internal and external)
Tender pricing analysis
Work closely with key stakeholders including Finance team to understand financial implications of identified issues
Maintain data integrity and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Provide recommendations in relation to improvements around efficiency and effectiveness of data collection and reporting methods/tools
At least 3-5 years’ experience in a previous operational Business Analyst or Commercial Analyst or Pricing role
University degree with relevant professional qualification will be preferred.
Property industry experience preferred
Proven track record
Excel, SQL, PowerBI
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
