About the Role:

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Address customer inquiries about product deliveries.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team regarding delivery times and stock availability.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports.
• Handle general administration tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 1 year in a call center environment.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
• Sydney-based.
• Permanent role in a modern office.
• Must hold Citizen or PR status.
