Description 

The Client Success Officer has a critical role to play and is suited to someone seeking to carve out a long-standing career within this sector or to a recent Finance Graduate. The core responsibilities are as follows:

  • Receive incoming phone or email enquiries and applications, process and assess applications for final approval by the COO
  • Engage with the Business Development Managers to develop and communicate solutions to clients
  • Update CRM
  • Work with the team to optimise our customer’s experience
  • Assist with other tasks while delivering excellent client service
  • Assist with client acquisition as the digital channel grows
  • Assist with project work to grow the business

Profile

To be successful in this application, you will have:

  • An appetite to grow and develop career within the sector
  • Financial Services experience
  • Similar experience in a customer centric position and ability to effectively troubleshoot
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
  • High attention to detail and genuine interest in subject matter
  • Openness to work in a small, intimate environment
  • Willingness to support where needed
