Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a new graduate or someone with a few years work experience to come on board as a Client Success Officer, to learn about the property industry, help customers buy their dream homes and assist in s digital transformation project, potential career progression to a client success role, or a business development role.
Key duties include;
- Facilitate customers and distribution partners to be successful in their journeys to exchange contracts and purchase their dream properties;
- Receive incoming phone or email enquiries and applications, process and assess applications for final approval by the COO;
- Engage with the Business Development Managers to develop and communicate solutions to clients;
- Update CRM;
- Work with the team to optimise our customer’s experience;
- Assist with other tasks in the course of delivering excellent client service;
- Assist with client acquisition as the digital channel grows;
- Assist with project work to grow the business;
- And get a head start into the corporate world.
Profile
- A passionate and energetic approach is required
- Naturally helpful
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Previous experience of working with the financial services or real estate industry would be preferred
- Reliable, self-managed, strong team ethic and able to meet tight deadlines;
- Advanced computer skills (at least Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Able to work autonomously;
- Excellent stakeholder management;
- Solutions focused;
