Administrative Assistant 
Government sector based in Parramatta
FULL TIME - Contract position

 

 

Client Description:
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable government department currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in Parramatta. This role is to support the delivery of quality financial management services for the Estate Management Division with a range of administrative tasks.
 
 

Key accountabilities

  • Managing the allocation of emails for shared inboxes
  • Provides a range of administrative tasks
  • updating contact details for customers, service providers and stakeholders, 
  • providing general administrative assistance to the wider team, as required.

Profile

  • You have the demonstrated ability to undertake a range of administrative support services relating to the work of the team, including word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence and meeting papers and minutes, maintaining electronic and file records and support with meetings and events.
  • You have experience in a high-volume administration role.
  • You have experience and are self-driven to provide excellent customer service.
  • You have experience in and ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • You have good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and deadlines.
