Description


This is a critical opportunity for a driven and adaptable Change Analyst / Change Advisor to contribute to high-impact change initiatives, with a primary focus on supporting complex and sensitive organisational restructures.



You will be joining a small, collaborative team working closely with internal stakeholders and supported by a handover period from an experienced external consultant. Your role will involve analysing change impacts, developing tailored communications and training materials, and helping ensure changes are embedded with minimal disruption. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in change or transformation, who is looking to step up in a meaningful, hands on environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and support organisational change initiatives in line with strategic priorities, particularly workforce restructures
  • Develop change artefacts including communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with project teams and business units to ensure successful change delivery and adoption
  • Consider and incorporate the needs of a diverse workforce
  • Monitor and report on change adoption and effectiveness
  • Manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations in a sensitive environment
  • Assist in embedding a positive change culture across the organisation


Profile


  • Experience in a change management, transformation, or communications role
  • Comfortable working in fast paced and evolving environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
  • Highly adaptable and able to work autonomously when required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions focused
  • Formal qualifications in change management, communications, or a related field (e.g., PROSCI)
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies
  • Prior experience supporting restructures or workforce transitions
  • Systems experience or digital tool literacy is advantageous
  • Flexible and open to feedback, with the ability to adjust approach as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong team ethic
  • Ability to provide or present a sample of written work (e.g. communications or change documentation)
