About the Firm 

Take your career to the next level in a challenging and stimulating Top 50 Sydney Newcastle firm. You will handle an impressive portfolio of clients such as HNWIs, family groups, trusts, and SMSF with turn overs up to 1 billion. You will be focused solely on tax planning and advice and speak with clients frequently both face to face and via videocall. Many of the clients have transitioned from the Big-Four due to the firm’s personable nature and deeply personalised services, so you can expect the repertoire of MNEs while providing advice on a boutique level. Value-add services are also expected of you, and the firm hopes you will utilise your years of expertise to uncover advantages for the firm and clients alike.  
 
You will have access to continued upskilling programs and new technologies to ensure you can conduct your work at the best possible level, while providing the best experience for your clients. Due to their exceptional technological capabilities, the firm is very flexible when it comes to work from home and work-life balance, and you will be able to come into the office at your leisure. 
 

About You 
Be ready to join an office of experienced accountants and contribute with your extensive knowledge. You will be ready to step into an immediate leadership role and guide a talented team. In addition, you must have: 
  • Full CA/CPA qualification 
  • 8+ years business services/advisory experience 
  • The ability to form strong and loyal relationships with clients 
  • Experience managing a team of 6+ staff 
  • Desire to contribute to business development opportunities 
  • Confidence in abiding by deadlines 
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills 
  • Australian permanent residency and be onshore
