- Home based when not on the road meeting customers

The role will be responsible for promoting a variety of food ingredients including flavours, spices, herb extracts and colours. The role will require an individual that can work autonomously growing existing relationships alongside identifying new opportunities in market.
Key responsibilities;
- Generate leads through cold-calling, networking & attending industry events
- Create bespoke solutions after uncovering specific requirements and challenges
- Ensure regular customer contact
- Achieve monthly activity and revenue targets
- Keep up to date with international trends
- Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations
- Develop long lasting relationships by providing outstanding customer service
- Implement a growth strategy
- Provide quotes and process orders
- B2B selling within either food ingredients, food packaging or food equipment
- Ability to influence, negotiate and build long standing relationships
- Strong planning and organisation skills
