  • Hybrid role responsible for growing revenue in key market sectors across the East coast.

In this role you’ll be expected to develop, execute and oversee a business demand strategy, maintaining positive professional relationships with key clients alongside identifying new business opportunities.
Working across a variety of industries including warehouse/industrial, recreational facilities including sport, gym and pools, heritage buildings, government and military facilities plus retail conversions.

As Business Development Manager you’ll be joining an established team across ANZ, the business has huge growth aspirations across the next 5 years meaning it’s a great time to join.
Key responsibilities as follows.
  • Create and drive demand of the product category (insulation)
  • Assist in the execution and delivery of major projects and local marketing initiatives for those projects
  • Execute on the strategic business development plans that will ultimately achieve the agreed annual budget and long term strategic sales targets
  • Provide regular monthly report and forecasts against target
  • Market analysis building an ornate understanding of the competitors offering
  • Conduct high level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
Required Experience
  • Previous experience of working with the target audience which includes commercial builders, subcontractors, residential builders, designers and building merchants
  • Experience of working in a similar Business Development role
  • Developing specifications
Location and renumeration
  • Working remotely covering Greater Sydney (majority of time) plus occasional travel to Melbourne and Brisbane.
