Critical to this is the appointment of the Customer Relationship Consultant, someone who ensure appropriate education and communication around changes in the NDIS sector whilst ensuring each interaction with clients is personalised and focused on superior customer service.

Description 

In this newly created role of Customer Partnership Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enriching the lives of our clients in the aged care and disability support sectors. 

  • Engage in proactive clients, ensuring each interaction is personalised and focused on superior customer service.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client-specific requirements and preferences, tailoring our range of services to meet these needs effectively.
  • Stay abreast of home care services, pricing, promotions, and the broader industry landscape to provide informed and current recommendations.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with potential clients, addressing inquiries and concerns with timely and accurate information.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Keep meticulous records of client communications and sales activities, ensuring all data is current and accurate.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics;
  • Act as the face of our client in the community, proactively engaging and liaising with community and industry representatives for the purpose of improving the visibility of and attracting new clients;
  • Attend industry forums, expos as directed by Director Services to promote capacity with regard to NDIS & Aged Care Services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interaction and sales activities;
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute insights for improvement.

Profile

To be successful in this application, you will have tertiary qualifications and align with the for-purpose sector:
  • Solid background in outbound sales, with a preference for experience in the aged care or NDIS sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and understanding customer needs intuitively.
  • Goal-driven individuals who are motivated by exceeding sales targets and achieving results.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of home care services, with a talent for communicating their benefits effectively.
  • Competency in CRM software and sales tools, demonstrating a keen aptitude for technology.
