  • Sydney CBD based. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience 
 
Opportunity: 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources graduate with 6 months - 1 years experience in administration. You will have the chance to join a lovely supportive team on a permanent basis and and be mentored within a fantastic HR team with a wealth of experience within human resources. 

A snapshot of the role:

  • Overseeing graduate programs, including preparing employment agreements, drafting internal communications, and assisting with onboarding logistics
  • Supporting with HR operations, including probation confirmations, salary packaging letters, education agreements, parental leave letters and change of role or salary letters
  • Assisting with onboarding new starters, conducting references and police checks and setting up new employees in the HRIS
  • Partnering with the L&D Coordinator to coordinate the firm's L&D programs and events, including room bookings, catering requests, and calendar appointments. 
  • Maintaining HR records and documents across our HRIS and OneNote systems, ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the HR team and new starters where required
  • Managing credit card reconciliations and proactive diary management
  • Providing reception coverage support as needed.


The successful candidate:

  • A degree or qualification in Human Resources (Australian employment law) 
  • You will have a minimum of 6 months HR Administration or Administration experience within professional services
  • A clear interest and drive to build your career in human resources
  • High-level communication skills 
  • Enthusiastic and proctic energy and approach, with a keen desire to support across a wide range of HR projects
